Key Responsibilities
- Conduct export market research and identify new business opportunities across targeted regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Respond to global customer inquiries via email, calls, and online platforms.
- Support export documentation, coordination, and communication with logistics teams.
- Assist in digital outreach, including emails, LinkedIn communications, and B2B platforms.
- Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and support closing deals.
- Represent KBAPK professionally in all communication across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident, well-spoken, and persuasive personality.
- Experience in call centers, telesales, or customer support will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of international markets or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with focus, meet targets, and handle clients professionally.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
